How To Order
To place an order for an item on this site please email us first as to availability of the item you want. Many are one of a kind items, or we may just have one of that item, to see if it is still available. Please let me know some detail about the item as I deal with around 24 sellers on this and the other sites and I do my best to remember all that is listed but I do sometimes have a foggy memory of what is listed.
Postal rates are exact shipping charges and all product are shipped priority mail where ever possible. As items vary in weight you must contact us for the exact shipping to your destination.
All glass items shipped will be well protected and if size permits doubled boxed. Insurance is a must on glass items for your protection as well as ours.

Priority Mail
Priority Mail offers usually 2 to 3 day service to most US destinations. Items must weight 70 pounds or less and measure 108 inches or less in combination of length and girth.

$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 in declared value
What to do if item is received damaged.
ALL CLAIMS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.
DO NOT SEND IT BACK TO US AS THAT WILL NULLIFY YOUR CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. Please keep all original packaging materials if you should have an item damaged in transit as the post office and UPS require this in order to process a claim. If you need to file a claim you may contact us and we will send you the pertinent insurance information needed in order to complete your postal claim.

Now if the stone you are looking for is not listed then this is another name someone has give to a mineral, you might think of it as a nickname or an aka (also know as) and is not a recognized name in the world standard so yo will need to find the correct name as in this time people will often give something a new name just to sell their existing stock of a rock or gemstone and the lure of a exotic name sells where the old fashion name seems dull and boring. So take heart you will have to hunt for the correct name.
